1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to the services provided by Atlas Reach Solutions LLC, registered in Michigan, USA

2. Services and Deliverables

-Social Paid Ads

-Strategy Automation and Lead Nurturing

-Atlas CRM Software

-High Qualification Lead Generation

The client agrees to the following payment terms:

Pay Per Estimate System

Setup Fee

The Client pays a one-time setup fee as detailed in the Statement of Work.

There are NO REFUNDS on setup fees as they are direct costs.

Billing for Estimates

The Client will be billed for each estimate booked via Atlas Reach Solutions LLC's services, with billing occurring within 24 hours of each booking.

Cancellation Proof

In the event of a cancellation of a booked estimate, the Client must provide verifiable proof of cancellation to Atlas Reach Solutions LLC. Failure to provide such proof will result in the Client being charged for the estimate as if it had not been canceled.

Inclusive of Additional Costs

The setup fee and per estimate charges are not inclusive of all costs, with additional fees for phone and messaging services, as well as personal ad spend.

Payment Terms

Payments are due as per the schedule outlined in the billing statement. Non-payment may lead to a suspension of services. The Client acknowledges that no refunds will be issued once payment has been processed, except as outlined in the guarantee terms below. Atlas Reach Solutions guarantees a minimum of 5 estimates in the first 30 days of service (onboarding and setup time not included. )

4. Guarantee and Limitations


This guarantee is void if: 

-The Client requests changes to their ads or funnel after 24 hours of approval.

-The Client edits, updates, or makes any changes to Atlas Reach Soltions LLC ads whatsoever.

-The Client’s profile, page, or ad account is suspended, deactivated, or disabled by the platform for longer than 7 days.

-The Client does not approve suggested offers according to proven strategies/best practices.

-The Client removes Atlas Reach Solutions LLC from their ad accounts, pixel, business profile/page, website admin, or revokes any other necessary permissions for optimal service performance.

-The Client fails to provide requested creative content and/or customer data within 7 business days of the request.

-The Client fails to implement suggested changes to their website/sales funnel within 14 business days of the request.

-The Client fails to respond to account management- or campaign-related communications through previously established channels within 24 business hours.

5. Client Responsibilities

Atlas Reach Solutions LLC guarantees a minimum of 5 estimates in the first 30 days of service (onboarding and setup time not included. )

This guarantee is void if:

-The Client requests changes to their ads or funnel after 24 hours of approval.

-The Client edits, updates, or makes any changes to Atlas Reach Solutions LLC ads whatsoever.

-The Client’s profile, page, or ad account is suspended, deactivated, or disabled by the platform for longer than 7 days.

-The Client does not approve suggested offers according to proven strategies/best practices.

6. Provider’s Rights and Limitations


Atlas Reach Solutions LLC reserves the right to:

-Modify service delivery based on best practices.

-Terminate services for non-compliance or inappropriate behavior

-call a customer who requested a quote if Atlas Reach Solutions LLC has reason to believe that an estimate was not canceled.

Atlas Reach Solutions LLC is not liable if the Client’s ad account, profile, or business page is disabled, deactivated, or banned by the primary platform and/ or other web-based platforms if that platform does not approve our ads, forces us into the special ads category, or otherwise prevents us from providing service. The Client understands that as the account holder, they are responsible for filing appeals with a platform under such circumstances as named in the paragraph above, under Atlas Reach Solutions LLC’s guidance and advice.

In no event shall either party be liable to the other party, or be deemed to have breached this agreement, for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this agreement (except for any obligations to make payments for services already rendered), if and to the extent such failure or delay is caused by any circumstances beyond either party's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, flood, fire, earthquake, explosion, war, terrorism, invasion, riot or other civil unrest, strikes, labor stoppages or slowdowns or other industrial disturbances, or passage of law or any action taken by a governmental or public authority, including imposing an embargo.

7. Cancellation Policy


To cancel services, the Client must:

Provide written email notification to Brahim@atlasreachsolutions.net at least 14 days before the renewal date

Complete an off-boarding form and participate in an exit interview so that we can improve our service

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of shared information. Atlas Reach Solutions LLC reserves the right to use the Client’s materials for training and marketing purposes, subject to the terms of this agreement

9. Terms of Sale


All program sales are final and non-refundable.

Upon termination, each party must return or delete the other party’s Confidential Information and intellectual property.

10. Payment Authorization


The Client authorizes Atlas Reach Solutions LLC to charge their credit card as per the agreed-upon payment schedule in case of payment failure, the Client agrees to an adjusted payment schedule.
